- ก่อสร้างอาคารตามแบบและเงื่อนไขที่ทางบริษัทกำหนด
คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้น
- เป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนประกอบธุรกิจรับจ้างทำงานก่อสร้าง
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกร
- มีประสบการณ์ 7 ปีขึ้นไปด้านงานก่อสร้างอาคาร สำหรับโรงงานผลิตอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ระดับไฮเอนด์
- ต้องมี Portfolio ประกอบการสมัคร
- ต้องมีทุนจดทะเบียนที่ชำระแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 10,000,000 บาท

Scope of Work
- Construction of a three-story building with a total area exceeding 35,000 sqm.
- Construction in accordance with the Company-provided designs and specifications.
Qualifications
- Registered legal entity engaged in the construction business.
- Must hold a valid professional engineering license.
- Min 7 years of experience in building construction for high-end electronics manufacturing facilities.
- Must provide a complete portfolio as part of the application.
- Min paid-up registered capital of THB 10,000,000.
